Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tritonix's AI agent development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
Tritonix provides custom AI agent development services for businesses, including but not limited to:
- Custom AI agent design and development
- Integration with existing business systems
- AI model training and fine-tuning
- Ongoing maintenance and support
- Consulting and advisory services
3. Project Engagement
All projects begin with a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that defines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. Changes to the scope require a written change order agreed upon by both parties.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code and AI models developed specifically for their project. Tritonix retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, or frameworks used in the project.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the SOW. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Net 30 payment terms are available for approved enterprise clients.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We are happy to sign Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs) upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tritonix's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
